This Privacy Policy explains how Swatch (“we”, “the app”) handles information when you use the Swatch iOS application. Swatch is a private color desk for photographing a wall, overlaying two paint chips, walking rooms in a house, keeping a chip deck with optional light notes, and carrying mix codes to the paint counter on this device.

Most records stay on your device. Wall photos, room photos, chip notes, mix codes, Coins balance, and unlock records are stored locally. Swatch does not operate messaging, live streaming, or stranger-matching features. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use third-party advertising SDKs to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

Coins are consumable In-App Purchases processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card details. Purchase records follow Apple’s App Store terms and privacy practices.

5. Content on this device

Names and notes stay on this device. Swatch may run a local sensitive-word check before saving a room name, mix note, or display name. Swatch is not a public plaza and does not publish your rooms or chips to other users.

6. Third parties

Swatch does not upload your wall photos, room photos, light notes, or mix codes to third-party automated analysis services.

7. Children

Swatch is not directed to children under 13. Do not use the app if you are under the minimum age required in your region.

We may update this policy as the product changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we publish a revision.
