User Agreement
By tapping Continue in Swatch, you agree to this User Agreement. Swatch is a private color desk for paint trials on this device. It is not a social network, live stream, or messaging product.
1. Zero tolerance
Swatch has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior, including content involving minors, explicit imagery, hate, harassment, violence, illegal activity, and spam. If you store such content in names or photos on this device, you must remove it. We may refuse support and you may lose access to the app for violations of this policy or the App Store Guidelines.
2. What Swatch does
- Photograph a wall and overlay two chips on Wall
- Walk rooms on House and assign chips; extra rooms may spend Coins
- Fan the chip deck on Chips and record an optional short light note
- Keep mix codes and gallon notes on List for the paint counter
- Save an optional paint card to Photos using consumable Coins
3. Accounts
Swatch does not use passwords or a server-side profile. Continue opens the app on this device. Log Out returns you to the start screen. Delete Account clears rooms, chips, mix notes, Coins, and photos stored by Swatch on this device.
4. Coins
Coins are consumable In-App Purchases. They may be used for paint cards saved to Photos and extra rooms beyond the four included rooms. Trying colors on a wall and keeping a mix list are included. There is no subscription and no Restore button. Purchases are processed by Apple.
5. Your content
You are responsible for the names, photos, and voice recordings you store. Do not include other people’s personal data without permission. Swatch may filter some disallowed words locally.
6. Disclaimer
Swatch is a personal color trial tool. It does not provide professional painting, architectural, or product-safety advice. Chip overlays are a lighting guide, not a guarantee of the finished wall.
