Swatch keeps wall trials on this iPhone. Try the steps below, then write to us.
Things people ask
- Continue is dimmed — check the User Agreement box on the first screen.
- Cannot set a wall photo — tap Camera or Album on Wall, then allow access if asked.
- Save card did not write — allow Photos add access first. If the write fails, Washes are refunded. The same pair can be saved again without a second charge.
- Extra room — four rooms are included. Studio and Guest spend Washes after you confirm Unlock.
- Purchases — Wash tins are consumable and processed by Apple. There is no Restore and no subscription.
