Swatch keeps wall trials on this device. If something fails, try the steps below, then email us.
Common questions
- Continue is dimmed — check the User Agreement box on the welcome screen.
- Cannot set a wall photo — tap Camera or Album on Wall, then allow access if asked.
- Save card did not write — allow Photos add access first. If the save fails, Coins are refunded. The same pair can be saved again without a second charge.
- Extra room — four rooms are included. Studio and Guest spend Coins after you confirm Unlock.
- Purchases — Coins are consumable and processed by Apple. There is no Restore and no subscription.
